Traffic Violation Notice (Right on Red Light) from Redflex Traffic System?
Am I Obligated to Respond to a Traffic Violation Notice (Right on Red) from Redflex Traffic System which says "Do Not Call The Court Regarding this Notice"
Anyone who has dealt with this Issue or spoke with an Traffic Attorney regarding this issue please respond?
Just to add, that it does have the picture, but does not say what the fine is & where to pay. It asks me to identify the driver and mail it back to Redflex Office in Phoenix,Arizona. The Ticket was for a city in Southern California. Has anyone received this notice?
Is it some stupid bit of paper that came in the post…………… also shows your car and tells you you can go on line to view the moving proof of you doing this infraction???
I ask only because I got one that sounds very much like this in the post the other week regarding my sons car…………..
EDIT shoot me an email, sounds like the same bs that we got for my son, they said he was driving his car in miami when on the date he was acutally in Iraq and his car was contained on base in California………….. on closer inspection they did not even have HIS car [in the picture] and had read the number plate wrong………… like said shoot me me an email if you like………….
I don’t know anything about "Redflex Traffic System" but I would have to assume that you should treat it like any other ticket. Calling the court is not an effective means of fighting a ticket in general terms. You might want to try stopping by a Highway Patrol Office or Police Station as to how to proceed with the court. You might want to consult your local legal aid regarding the red light system in your area and how you dispute that kind of citation. One hint might be length of yellow light if you are in California.

i got one of these. it had my pic and contained a sworn statement and was signed by a cop w/ their badge #. If yours has this, you’re screwed. read the whole ticket and the fine print. if you pic is on it, pay the thing and do the traffic school.

the ticket put me out of about $750
