Traffic Light Controller Can Any one Help?

Two dual-carriage roads meet at a T junction, a. Three trafficlights (E, W and S) placed at this junction are to be set up and controlled by a digitallogic system.In this assignment, students are required to design the timing and logic circuits required for this system. As this is an open-ended design problem, it is not mandatory to follow the system layout in Figure 2. Students are free to adopt other system layouts.
