OTLA (On-board traffic light istant) ADAS system
OTLA (On-board Traffic Light istant). The video shows the OTLA system running, based on data received over a wireless link from the traffic light ahead. The simulated traffic light -in the right of the video- sends the information of the traffic light to the vehicle -exact location, time cycle for each light state, current state, and time remaining until next change of state-, and next the OTLA system in the vehicle provides istance to the driver on forthcoming traffic light state as the vehicle is approaching, leading to a smoother and safer driving experience, and therefore more ecological driving.
