It seems to have all of his traits ie unreliability, poor service delivery, a waste of taxpayers money, developed by BEE and AA companies due to governments racist labour laws.
Sometimes I run out of defence points for my government. This is incompetence at its best. This is a shame and outright lack of respect for the country’s citizens. To make matters worse, they show a lot of arrogance when people complain about this. They even threaten to arrest you if your license disc is expired while they know that you don’t have a place to pay.
I still maintain that apartheid South African civil service was the better. Bring those ou topies and tannies back!

This whole thing is a joke. If the DOT was a corporation, heads would be rolling for this! But no, because this the goverment, we should all just accept it !? What is going to be done? probly next to nothing, maybe a pat on the back for another succesful BEE deal (wateva THAT means)… While thousands of ppl fume and seriously consider getting a fraudelent license. Wat else are ppl gonna do?

Bull take a wider view and think about electricity,pot holed roads,Government Hospitals and schools,crumbling infrastructure,you or your family trying to get employment.the corrupt and arrogant Police and so on and so on. Then go and have a beer and convince yourself that it is better now with "freedom." What you are experiencing is the norm for Africa and it can only get worse as the remnants of what the ANC inherited are run into the ground. Maybe in your kids lifetime the West will step in and rebuild South Africa to its former glory.Russia and Eastern Europe is much the same so enjoy living in a Communist State.
