how to get zonealarm to stop showing traffic?

i dont want to STOP TRAFFIC. so lets not get confused here. heres the thing.

In my system tray,i have an app that shows my internet traffic all the time, problem is, its right by zonealarm which every two seconds switches from the zonealarm logo to the traffic bars, its annoying. IS THERE A WAY TO GO INTO THE PROGRAM SO IT DOESNT SHOW THE TRAFFIC BARS? just the logo.

No, there is no way to make the icon keep from changing back and forth unless you disalbe the internet or choose not to start ZoneAlarm at the start up but then it will not be running

  2. The traffic bar you are talking about belongs to Zone Alarm. It just shows a different icon depending on no activity or activity.

  3. If you mean the alerts coming up and disturbing you, click on restore Zone alarm rwstore cente in the tray, then click on alerts , then click off. I hope its what you mean if it is the zone alarm will work silently in the background and not disturb. I hope that hepls you.
