  2. 35) Basically if you can not get a unanimous verdict there are 2 options that can happen; 1 you get a mistrial in which the jury is dismissed and the charges must be refiled and new jury selected or 2 some courts can give and instruction of a "Allen Charge" (called this in the US) essentially instructing the jury to go back and rethink it through in a attempt to get a unanimous verdict. So e)

    38) Victims of crime have no authority in the sentencing of convicted people. The may provide impact statements or bear witness to a crime and testify. So the answer is e)

    39) The Youth Justice Act does not affect traffic matters it only address serious crimes. So the answer is c)
