Would law enforcement and the judical system be angry if all cars designed,..?

,..just like the 1991 Cadillac Brougham, where when you get in the car, it has automatic seatbelts that buckle you up while slide on an electronic overhead?

It seems law enforcement and the judicial system are making a fortune off giving you people tickets for not wearing their seatbelts, so what if, hypothetically speaking, all cars suddenly all had that same type of automatic seatbelt system overnight just like the Cadillac Brougham used to have?

Would they be ANGRY now that they’re not making anywhere near as much on tickets anymore? What would their reaction be? Are police officers happy when people don’t wear their seatbelt to that they can write more tickets and make more money? What if everyone drove flawlessly and there were no moving violations or accidents behind the wheel so therefore no ticket were ever written? Would police officers and the judiocial system scream, rip their hair out in frustration, throw TVs out windows, and throw temper tantrums now that they’re no longer making money off tickets and now that no one appears in traffic court anymore to pay court costs?
