the right to live in united kingdom?

(1) a very difficult points system that is of benefit to the uk and not the individual.
(2) any form of bad behaviour they must lose all rights and be turned away, this includes any criminal records.
(3) one person being accepted does not mean that there is automatic entry for so called members of the family.
(4) every person is assessed on their own merit and be of value to the united Kingdom.
(5) any person involved with human trafficking to receive the heaviest of sentencing, then deported with immediate effect after serving the full sentence with no parole..
Facile Prinseps,
your not quite right my son, if they break the law we have every right to kick them out?
BRIAN C,
fair point but, would it not be covered in point 1, if you dont speak english you get no points anyway?

Tough but fair

  1. Easier way…

  4. Agree, but god knows there are enough lazy, scrounging deadbeats who were born in the UK. At least many of the immigrants that come here are willing to do the jobs other UK citizens think they’re too good for. Goodness knows how many fucking lazy teenagers are sitting on their arses on benefits while immigrants are scrubbing toilets. Just saying – it goes both ways!

  5. This is just a gimmick..the fact is the government has lost control of our borders they have no idea how many immigrants there are in this country and under the human rights act we can not deport any of them

  6. It really annoys me, I think this country is on it`s butt as it is and we need the jobs here for British people. I think that we should be stricter than we are, like some other countrys are.
No 3) though, one comes over then the rest follow no matter what their rules are.

  7. I don’t see a question in your post Jack the Ripper – are you asking if we think the points are valid/fair – if so then my answer is most definitely yes – I agree with every point and would add more – for instance, you have not included "do you speak acceptable English or will you agree to attend lessons for one year".

We are far to lenient in the UK – we are not a public benificiary for the whole world, we have obligations to certain countries such as commonwealth and EU but we should be far more strict with the rest of the world.

  8. If foreigners want to live here for a better life then it does not bother me. As long as they work, do not sponge of the government and do not cause trouble. They are welcome otherwise.
